From time to time, we offer special events and seminars focusing on certain skills or geared toward certain groups of people. In the past, we have run Ninja Warrior competitions, women's seminars, free outdoor monthly jams, and team dodgeball events.

Free Monthly Parkour Jams

On the last Sunday of every month, we hold a free, outdoors parkour jam with APEX instructors and many other members from the local parkour community. In the past, these jams have brought more than 30 people together in 1 spot for a great day of training, learning, and having fun.
