Level 1 Parkour/Freerunning for Teens (ages 12-17)
Designed to progress from class to class, this course teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses.
Note: You must complete the Level 1 Parkour/Freerunning course before participating in other movement classes.
Pre-requisites: For ages 12-17. We highly recommend this class be taken in its entirety due to its progressive nature. Upon completion, participants may be ready for Level 2.
Level 2 Parkour/Freerunning for Teens (ages 12-17)
This course is designed to further challenge those participants with solid fundamentals and a capable fitness level. Through repetition and skill refinement, students will learn intermediate skills and be expected to complete more difficult workouts. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level.
Pre-requisites: For ages 12-17. May participate in Level 2 classes after completing Level 1 and/or receiving instructor approval. If the participant wishes to enroll without completion of Level 1, they must meet with instructors to determine readiness.
Level 1 Parkour/Freerunning for Adults (ages 18+)

Level 2 Parkour/Freerunning for Adults (ages 18+)

Level 3 Parkour/Freerunning
This course is designed for practitioners who aim to take their parkour and freerunning skills to an elite level. Mastery of the basics and a high level of fitness are absolutely necessary to participate. These classes will empahasize a diverse and constantly changing set of skills focusing on parkour and freerunning but will also include material in tricking, martial arts, gymnastics, and climbing.
Pre-requisites: For ages 12 and up. Must receive instructor approval. Additionally, we recommend completion of the full LVL 1 and 2 courses and that you meet these physical and skill requirements.
Youth Parkour/Freerunning (Level 1)
The level 1 youth parkour/freerunning class will challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, and setting goals.
Pre-requisites: This class is for ages 5-11.
Youth Parkour/Freerunning (Level 2)
The youth parkour/freerunning class will challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, and setting goals.
Pre-requisites: Instructor approval is required before moving from level 1 to level 2. This class is for ages 5-11.
Ninja Warrior (Sasuke)
Inspired by the Japanese television hit, Sasuke (Ninja Warrior), this class challenges students with difficult obstacle courses, primarily focusing on the upper body. Not only is this a great way to improve your strength in a fun, playful way, it also teaches you to overcome many similar obstacles found in parkour, rock climbing, buildering, and even replicas of some of the actual, famous Ninja Warrior obstacles. For all you people out there who dream of one day qualifying to run the course in Japan, this is for you!
Pre-requisites: For ages 12 and up. Must have completed the LVL 1 PKFR course.
Freerunning (L’art du Deplacement)
The freerunning class focuses on the visually exciting and creative moves of freerunning. Students will learn how to express themselves through movement on all types of obstacles including walls, handrails, scaffolding, and more. Skills covered in this class include:

Tricking
The tricking class is taught by Cosmo Dudley who has 1 year of experience training tricking under expert coach Daniel Perez de Tejada and is a certified LVL 1 Parkour/Freerunning coach with APEX Movement. Designed for all levels, this class will cover kicks, twists, flips, combos, and even incorporating elements into freerunning.
Pre-requisites: For ages 12 and up. Must have completed the LVL 1 PKFR course.
Gymnastics/Tumbling
The gymnastics/tumbling class incorporates balance, flexibility, stretching, and strength while maintaining and enhancing your gymnastics abilities. This playful work out uses every muscle in your body and helps develop gymnastics skills including:

Breakdancing
The breakdancing class is taught by Bryan Balsamo who has 13 yrs. experience training in, competing in, and teaching breakdancing in California. Designed for all levels, this class will cover footwork, musicality, freezes, power moves, freestyling, and even incorporating elements into freerunning.
