Spring Floor

Our 40'x40' gymnastics spring floor is a great place for freerunners, gymnasts, trickers, martial artists, bboys, and more to practice tumbling, acrobatics, grappling, and other movement skills.

Gymnastics

No athlete has mastered the art of bodyweight skills like the gymnast. We have a mushroom, rings, parallel bars, stall bars, a high bar, and plenty of mats for you train your moves and condition your body.

CrossFit

Our CrossFit area features essentials of a good strength and conditioning program including pull up bars, free weights, barbells, racks, medicine balls, rings, rowing machines, kettlebells, and more.

Parkour

Modular and moveable equipment is the theme of our parkour area. Our vaults, platforms, boxes, and rails can be arranged in any imaginable way to practice individual moves, combos, or long obstacle courses.

Scaffolding

Our scaffolding setup is more than just a tool for upper body conditioning. We use this to practice bar tricks, laches, shimmies, climbing techniques, and more.

Other Fun Stuff

At our gym, you will find plenty of other fun things to play with or work out with including a zipline, martial arts gear, tires, aerial dance equipment, and more.
